Basic up to £22k with uncapped commission and excellent OTE

Role Description

The role of Recruitment Specialist represents the first step within Fortis Recruitment’s succession plan towards a role in sales leadership and management.

You will begin your career with Fortis learning the key tasks associated with Recruitment sales, including;

* Business to business sales

* Vacancy profiling

* Candidate attraction and assessment

* Interviewing

* Recruitment advertising

* ‘Headhunting’

* Relationship management

A career in recruitment is a career in sales, so your role will involve both telephone sales and occasional client meetings. Contacting new client prospects to secure business, you will be delivering appropriate recruitment solutions through managing attraction, assessment and selection of candidates for client requirements. This will see client and candidate meetings also featuring within your working week. You will develop a real understanding of the sector and its expectations and requirements where you will find quickly that you will need to apply specific knowledge in order to successfully marry candidates to clients in a professional and efficient manner.

About You

You will be an aspiring sales professional with a track record of achievement and will be committed and driven to grown and develop alongside your peers.

Holding a degree qualification or equivalent, you will have obtained some post graduate experience in business to business sales, ideally from within a telephone sales environment.

You will be an articulate communicator with outstanding written and verbal English language skills.
